Next-if you are retired from a local government job after say 30 years, get hired by the Feds at a GS9, get promoted in your first year to a GS Know way more than my diot GS12 boss because during my Local government years I was a manager and a trainer performing at what a GS13 performs at in the fed system.

Never mind all my experience in my previous government career -just because I joined the feds – it like nixs all my previous career background.

If i did not have the fed job – I could apply for it- no problem. But because I am only an USAJOBS- knocks you out of the process- because you have to be a 12 or higher – without even looking at your past career experience. Try reviewing it first- thats why i have included it! And a lot of morons are in positions that are contributing to the failure of our country. Too many good candidates are not even making it to be reviewed.

I just reviewed 2 – referred to the hiring authority – But no contact was ever made. But I just referred to the hiring authority from a direct hire -and landed an interview and a conditional job offer.
