The lounge was lovely. The concierge was very helpful and the food offerings nicely presented and tasty. The hotel location is ideal for coming off or going on a cruise. Even being a bit older it was easy to bring our luggage and check in.

Restaurants and the downtown shopping area was within easy walking distance. Pre cruise stay. Hotel is very well located for the cruise terminal but also for the seafront promenade and downtown.

Smart clean interior. Good bar and restaurant with pleasant and friendly staff. Check in was easy, very helpful team. Room great view of harbour. The hospitality is poor. I was upgraded to Gold and was amazed by the room and the services available to me. The coffee was really good and the breakfast was way more than I expected. The hotel was walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping locations and the view was amazing!

Even though I booked a city room, I was able to see some of the harbour. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to stay here as well.

How to Get Here. Travel North on Hwy I-5 from Seattle across the border. The I-5 will turn into Hwy Follow Hwy 99 North until it becomes Oak Street. Turn right onto Canada Place. The hotel will be on your right-hand side. Travelling distance from the Tsawwassen ferry terminal to hotel is 37 kilometers 23 miles and is approximately a 1 hour drive.

From the Ferry terminal, follow Hwy 17 North, only road from the ferry terminal. Take Hwy 17 until it merges into Hwy 99 North. Proceed North along Hwy Turn Left onto Broadway. Follow along Broadway until you come to Burrard St.

You will head North on Burrard, crossing the Burrard St. Follow Burrard St. At the end of Burrard you will come to a three way stop.
