I have been shopping around for different options at different dealerships, including other Toyota dealerships in other cities for quite some time. I met with Ramzi and I felt his geniunity right from the beginning. It almost felt like I was speaking to a friend but really I was just a client he had just met.

He gave me the full 2 hours in the initial meeting to ask any and all questions I had and to test drive a similar model to the one I was interested in, as it was not available at the shop that day. I did not feel afraid or intimidated to ask questions, especially given my very limited knowledge about cars. This was something that the previous salespeople had not explained to me.

After my appointment, Ramzi gave me the option to think about the deal and take my time before signing and submitting my deposit, but at that point, it was an easy decision. I really felt like I got a great deal overall. My car arrived within exactly 3 weeks of my initial appointment, which is almost unheard of and perhaps I lucked out on that note as there is little that can be done re: the anticipated delay.

I told my friends, including those who had more of a background on cars and prices, and they noted that I definitely got a great deal. And they also did mention, based on what I shared re: my appointment, that the salesperson Ramzi really sounded honest and was looking out for the best for his clients. I am definitely going to refer anyone I know who wants to lease or even finance a Toyota to Ramzi. The rest of the team was also really kind and great to work with, including the Financial Manager Manny and the individuals leading at reception.
